  • 48 hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule appointments.

    Aappointments cancelled outside of 48 hours will be charged 50% of the appointment value. No showed appointments will be charged 100% of the appointment cost. For those with prepaid packages, missed appointments will result in the redemption of that session, this includes those that may be using a Groupon voucher. More than one no- show/late cancel will result in future appointments requiring pre-payment.

  • Please call ahead of time if you are running late. If you are more than 10 minutes late to any appointment without notification, your appointment will need to be cancelled in order for us to maintain our schedule for the rest of our clients.

  • A credit card is required to hold all appointments.

  • If you have purchased a series of services, and want to receive a different service, you may apply the balance paid toward that different service.

  • Groupon vouchers are reserved for new clients only. If you are a returning client that has mistakenly purchased a Groupon voucher, please contact us for treatment options.

  • All clients under the age of 18 will need a signed Parent/Guardian Consent, and will need to be in attendance during all services.

  • School age children (over the age of 6) are welcome to attend your appointment with you if necessary, however, they must stay in the treatment room with you during your service. For safety reasons, no children of any age will be permitted in the laser room during laser treatment. If you arrive for your laser appointment with a child, we will be need to cancel your appointment and charge a cancellation fee. This rule is solely for the safety of your child and is non-negotiable.

  • Retail products must be returned unopened, unused and with all packaging in tact within 14 days of purchase for refund or exchange

  • Food and beverages (other than closed, sealable bottles or cups with lids) are not permitted in the Spa.

  • Service and support animals are welcome in the spa, but must have appropriate registration information and ID. No pets are allowed in the spa at any time for any reason. Please be prepared to reschedule your appointment and pay a cancellation fee in the event that you arrive to your appointment with a pet.
